What wasn't working
Return rate on fit-sensitive SKUs was 31%, and the single-currency store was losing international traffic on checkout.
The Solution
What I built
I migrated the brand to a Hydrogen headless storefront with Shopify Markets, added a WebAR try-on using 8th Wall, and trained a simple size recommender from historical order + return data.
